Need help implementing mailing list web form
As far as I can see, there is no documentation on how to create a custom mailing list form using HTML and JS (JS framework of choice).
Does anyone have an example or know how to create one with an axios/asynchronous post to a constituent mailing list?

reading your post multiple times but still do not understand what you are trying to do
mailing list as in a excel of addressee, salutation, address info for sending physical mail to constituent?
