BBGM /Your Cause: Application access when updating forms

When we update our online forms/applications, how are in-progress forms affected? Can applicants still submit their in-progress forms?

  • Hi Kecia,

    In the new platform, I have revised application templates and have had no issues with folks who were working on that application. They were able to submit it with no issues or errors. It is my understanding that the only "issue" is where people who had already started the application will not see the updates you most recently made; those will be available to applicants starting a new application after your updates were made.

  • Hi Kecia, when you make a change, you will be asked if you want to update the current version or create a new version. If you update the current version, the changes will appear on the in-progress/not yet submitted forms, and if the changes are required, the applicant will have to complete the required fields.
