Learning Profiles - How are you Leveraging?

I'm interested in knowing how your school is leveraging Learning Profiles. Right now, we are uploading IEP documents to the student profile and then creating custom fields under admin view only to list out the accommodations afforded to each student. I took the Blackbaud U course but I'm still not really clear on how the learning profiles work with the forms step - is there a way to distill the accommodations into the learning profile ore re-use accommodations from student to student?

We have three Learning profile forms - Health Plan, Concussion Plan, and Individualized Accommodation Plan. I think that the Concussion Plan is used less now, in favor of the more general Health Plan.

The main parts of the Health Plan form are shown below. Both the Accommodations section and the Strategies section have a menu of standardized options, and each also has space for free-formatted text.

The Accommodations and Strategies menu are mostly the same between the different forms. There may be some entries on each form;s list that are specific to that form (i.e. not relevant to the other forms).
