Hey everyone — posting on behalf of a long-time nonprofit client in San Francisco with an urgent issue in their Blackbaud Financial Edge Cloud environment.

They accidentally took down their instance while cloning a repository and need someone who can jump in right away to help restore access, troubleshoot, and optimize the configuration.

    I work with Financial Edge Cloud and know the repository architecture pretty well.

    The cloning process can definitely cause instance issues if certain dependencies get disrupted.
