ISSUE - Extensive 503 responses on many endpoints

Hey everyone, I'm not sure exactly how to reports this but we're seeing extensive HTTP 503 errors across several schools and SKY API School endpoints.

We try to cache most things, but it causes a lot of our real-time items to fail.

It seems like something is overloaded over there!

    I agree that support isn't helpful in these situations and really it's more of a burden to work with them. I'm still hoping that we can get a way to fast track API issues as so many of us rely on them and pulling data out of BBEM.

  • Thanks @Lindsey Bryant , I appreciate this…I was hoping I wasn't alone on this one, glad they're on it. Such situations "encourage" us to drive to have our mobile app be more "offline first" and grab data while we can to maintain a good user experience.
