The new consent module does not update records with the identical consent. If one consent is different then only that record is updated. This therefore is an issue on retention policy and audit.

We have 4 "status" options : Opt-In; Opt-Out; No Response (which we use to record Legitimate Interest) and blank. The last version allowed input to the no response fields in webview but this has now disappeared.

I am waiting for a response regarding User Acceptance testing on this change but …

    @Alan Bree Have you received any update/ response on this? We like you used the 'no response' for legitimate interest and I am a bit confused by needing the channel opt in but not having any mechanism to save a statement against it (there ae also another few quirks I have found)
