BBID Deactivated too aggresively?
According to Why is a user's account inactivated?
"Users set up to sign in with Blackbaud ID are not subject to the 395 day lockout for Education Management."
However, it seems to not be true? See all the accounts that got deactivated on 2025-09-09.

Now I am finding that current students with active SSO have been deactivated and are in a state where I am not sure what to do?
Even if I undo the disabled the BBID is now incorrect. Do I have to disconnect and reconnect all these improperly deactivated accounts?
