Disappearing event registrations

Does anyone know why a registration would disappear from the participants list on the event module once the donor has registered? If so, how can I track those registrations?

    Is the list filtered in some way? That's the only thing I can think of.

    Thank you for responding.

    No the list is not filtered. I received a notification that registrations were made. When I go to the participant list, I don't show them as being listed. So I then went to the donor record and there is no record of the event on file. The only thing I have for proof is the email notification that I received.

    @Tanya Mahoney just checking, do you mean filtered the way Rachel meant filtered?

    We frequently have significant differences between the ‘participant’ list and ‘guest’ list. Guests don't end up with records in RE. I've been confused several times when I couldn't find the record until I got into the guest list and found who had paid the registration.

    JoAnn, I can only assume we meant the same. I don't have any filters on my participant list

    It appears this has happened at our organization as well. I am not 100% convinced it wasn't user error. The 'Host' and her two invited guests that were in our list of registered guests are no longer showing (no filter issue). They were in the list at one time, we have the output to prove it. And the event on their RE ID record has vanished as well.

    what registration platform are you using? RE NXT webview event registration form? Online Express from RE NXT dbview?

    Note that if it's Online Express, then it's working as normal, since you will receive email notification the moment someone register online, but not show up in RE NXT UNTIL someone process the transaction in Online Express module.
