BBMS Checkout Transaction token lifetime and retrievability

Hello can anyone confirm what's the BBMS Checkout (authorization) transaction token lifetime and whether it's possible to retrieve it via RE Merchant Services portal or any other portal?

We had a situation where the form submission which includes BBMS Checkout token was rejected due to recaptcha validation. The payment was approved but Checkout transaction endpoint was not called to collect the payment.

Now we wonder whether we can retrieve the checkout token and call the checkout transaction endpoint. We can see a transaction in RE Merchant Services Transaction List but the checkout token/transaction id is missing.

Any advise would be highly appreciated.

    Here is some information that may help with troubleshooting:

    If an authorization fails on the client side due to recaptcha, it will not appear in the BBMS portal.

    If a payment using Blackbaud Checkout was authorized via the UI but not captured on the server side (i.e. the Checkout Transaction request was not made), the authorization will display in the BBMS portal with a status of "Not Processed".

    All uncaptured transactions will be voided within 24 hours, after which the status will display as "Successful Void".

    It is not possible to retrieve the authorization_token that is returned from the Checkout client.
