Emergency Contacts Not Working For Some Users

Hi,

Anyone else have an issue where a large swath of community users (about a 1/3 of them) cannot update their own emergency contacts within their profile? When they attempt to, the pop-up that normally appears does not, and the portal page grays out and freezes, rendering the page useless.

We have seen this behavior with all roles, computers, mobile devices, browsers and networks. We know it is not related to any of those things, but to the end users' account themselves, but feels random, because we have not been able to figure out the singular thread that runs through every user where it does not work.

This issue has Blackbaud Support stumped for quite some time.

Any else have any feedback on this, that would be great.
