Can We Add to the Email Tile?

I have a fundraiser who wants to add his email newsletters to RE as Actions, but it seems a more appropriate place would be the email tile. I'm also afraid that it would distort reporting for his Actions, as he sends out probably 50 per year.

So are we able to add these to the Email History tile instead, through the API? I know we cannot do so directly in web view, but…

Any insights greatly appreciated. TY!

    Hi Emmet,

    Only messages sent from RENXT Email and Workflow designer appear under Email history. There isn't an API that you could use to add external messages.

    What tool is your fundraiser using to send out newsletters? You could consider connecting that system to RENXT using the RedArc Marketing Connector or using the native email tool in RENXT so you can better track the fundraiser's newsletters.
