Query - RE-NXT Events, Webhooks, Power Automate

Hi All - I'm new to RE-NXT and have been tasked with automating a workflow between RE-NXT and a 3rd party event management system.

The use case is to update the event management system when Participants are created, updated or deleted in RE-NXT Events. I have experience creating Power Automate flows and am aware of Blackbaud connectors available on it, therefore considering using Power Automate for this automation. However what I'm struggling with right now is if it's even possible to achieve this integration in real-time or if it should be some retrospective operation, triggered manually or on a schedule, that loops through Participants for an Event in RE-NXT and updates the 3rd party system accordingly?

On the API Reference portal, there is a section on Webhook resources that lets SKY Developer accounts subscribe to specific events occurring within the system to receive notifications when the event occurs and I thought this could be an ideal mechanism to leverage for our use case so that the flow could respond to these notifications in real-time, however it appears there are just four webhook category event types available currently (Constituent, Gift, Prospect and Special) and nothing relating to Events. It may be that I've missed something, therefore wanted to run this past the community to check if anyone is aware of this and if webhooks could indeed be used for my use case or not?
