Hi Does the user need to use the multi factor authentication to login Blackbaud every time? what authentication app the user can use for the login? Thanks

    Users do need to use MFA each time they login, you can click a button when logging in to "remember this device" or something like that. It will then allow you to skip MFA for a month or so. This is not recommended as it makes you significantly less secure. If we could remove that feature in our settings, I would.

    You can use the Google Authenticator, text MFA, Single Sign On (SSO) or hardware such as a Yubikey and the Yubico Authenticator app. For details on how to set up a Yubikey to work with Yubico Authenticator, see Using Your YubiKey with Authenticator Codes.

    I would also strongly suggest when you do, you set up a recovery phone number as soon as you set up a MFA. The 40 digit (ish) recovery code they give you will get lost or may just not work.
