Hi all, we haven't yet activated the Chat for Blackbaud AI, but I'd love to hear from some of you who have used it and if it has provided value to you and your team? Thanks!

    It needs some improvement. It did what I wanted, but I had to tweak the parameters to make it accurate. I think with time, it will be useful.

    I agree with @Michael Wark definitely not there yet, but I know that they are looking for feedback, so even if only you use it (you can restrict access to only select users) and give thumbs up and down and send back comments that will help improve it.

    Be careful of relative dates if you are not in the US. When I used "last week" in a request it interpreted my date 5th February 2026 as 2nd April 2026, so gave me a list of donations for a week in the future, i.e. no donations. Not only was it interpreting my date as MMDDYYYY format, it was also using the USA date at the time and did not realise that NZ was a day ahead. Telling it the current date in long format first gave more accurate results.
