Bug - Community Group IDs in Section Rosters

@Todd DeSchuiteneer - I think I'm hitting a bug in /v1/communitygroups/rosters:

Steps to reproduce:

GET /v1/communitygroups/rosters

Expected behavior:

section.offering.school_level.id is a valid school level ID.

Actual behavior:

section.offering.school_level.id is 0 for all school levels.
