Total granted to each charity over all time
Hello,
We have made grants to over 100 charitable partners over the years. I would like a convenient way to see the total granted to each charity over all time (I'm honestly shocked that this doesn't just show up as a field on each organization's record). Is there a way to view this in a readable format within BB? I have done a chart, but we have so many charities that it comes out unreadable. My chairman would prefer I not export to Excel and total myself. I'm new, so I'm sure I'm missing something. Any guidance you can provide would be very much appreciated!

Also, ideally we'd be able to see the total, click on it, and see the list of all grants. This is why it has been a problem to pull totals into a report.

Hi @Rebecca Schaechter - BBGM allows you to create "views" that can get you this information through creating an Ad Hoc report. This KB may be helpful:
