What's New in Altru

Accept online payments for group sales reservations

To streamline the payment process and improve the patron experience, you can now accept online payments for group sales reservations. Previously, you needed to accept payments by phone or through offline methods like cash or check.

With this update, you can email patrons a secure payment link from a reservation record, letting them pay online at their convenience through your organization's checkout form.

Note: Before you can email a payment link, configure its email template from Tickets, Group sales setup.

What's New in Online Giving

Enhanced branding card impact statements

Based on customer feedback, we removed the character limit for branding card impact statements. Now, you can craft more detailed and compelling messages to inspire your donors.

To maintain the engaging and streamlined look of the Optimized Donation Form, the impact statement text will display up to a maximum height of 300 px. This ensures your message stands out without disrupting the form’s clean design.

    Hi @Bridget Brennan, the remaining site upgrades are planned for February 19 and 23.

    Update: These upgrades have been rescheduled to March 3 and 10.
