Hello,

My organization also runs our local Children's Miracle Network. Part of our work with that is to keep track of our local partner visits. Our employee has to log any phone calls, visits, emails in a specific app supported by Children's Miracle Network. They are currently changing the app and I'm hoping there is a way to integrate it with RE so the employee doesn't have to log the visits and phone calls twice. Once in their provided app and also in RE for our records. Is anyone familiar with the app Spotio and know if there is a way to integrate this with RE?

    I'm not familiar with Spotio, but my guess is that this is going to require a custom integration. It apparently has an open API though, which makes it more possible. You might look into SmartSYNC, Omatic, or Importacular for options. That assumes that integration is not a burden you want to take on at your organization.

    I know some people will say "learn PowerBI!" which may or may not be the right option for your organization given the timing / resources / skillset.

    Thanks for your feedback! I'm not familiar with any of the programs you listed. Are those programs something that would allow the data from the Spotio app to feed back into RE automatically?
