Gift Lists with Actions (Last & Next)

Similar to the Opportunity Lists and ability to add Last Action and Next Action columns, we would like a Gift List (to follow-up on Pledges) and ability to add Last Action and Next Action columns. At present you cannot add Actions to a gift list.

I have also considered merging two queries to accomplish the same result. Perhaps I'm going about this in the wrong way? Thank you for your ideas!

This is probably going to be possible once the "single row query" is launched in webview.

But it is also worth adding this idea to the Idea Bank. That is where Blackbaud asks users to add feature requests, and allows others to vote on them and add their comments. This specific functionality might not be something they were considering, so it is worth raising it to their attention.

It does require a different login than this community, even though the branding is very similar. That trips people up - or maybe that is just a "me" thing!

currently you are not going to be able to do this directly in RE NXT. Here's some ways that it can be done today, outside of RE NXT

Excel through formula or Power Query
- RE NXT Query > export Gift Data, including Constituent ID (assuming you will take care of soft credit)
- RE NXT Query > export Constituent Action data, including Constituent ID
- Use excel formula (XLOOKUP) to get Last and Next Action
  OR
  Use Power Query to process and generate the report (more reuseable)
Power BI
- Same exporting as above, but instead of doing the work in excel, use Power BI that can better visualize the report and make it more reusable
  OR
  Fully automated Use Blackbaud custom connector to get data OR Use Power Automate to get data and pass into Power BI
