Statements are not working

For over two weeks now we have not been able to generate client statements in the web view. We have been communicating with Blackbaud about this issue but it unfortunately still not corrected with estimated timeline and no work around in the database view for running large statements using queries. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

  • We are having the same issue for a few weeks as well. It does not generate anything for us.

  • We are experiencing the same problem. Need to go to database view to run statements.

  • We are not able to print statements in NXT. Support said we'd be able to print statements in database, but I don't see where it has been reactivated in database. Are you actually able to run statements in database?

  • @Joanne Ligon Yes you can run them in the database, but they removed the statements section. The only other way I know how to run them is if you are in a client's record and you go to the statements section. Then you can print the statement from there

  • Thank you for responding! I have to print approx 200 statements, so using this format I would print each one individually?

  • I believe so…..that is the issue we are having right now. We also run hundreds of statements to be mailed out on the 15th, but we haven't been able to do that because it would take us forever to go into each individual client record. I don't believe they have the statement reports with queries on the database view anymore. For now, we have been delayed and waiting for them to correct the error :(

  • The other thing you could try is to see if when you run it on the individual clients ledger - when you change the filter for the specific client it may let you add multiple clients in one statement run. That could be a slight work around!

  • In client filters, I changed to all statements & it did print all of my statements.

    Have you guys heard any update from Blackbaud support?

  • Only that they are continuing to work on it. It hasn't been working for at least three weeks now

  • Update: The statements are working for us now!!
