    Regarding the Grading Terminology updates: this will definitely help reduce confusion which is great! Does Blackbaud have plans and a timeframe to update the Knowledgebase articles that use the old terminology? For example, I looked at KB article 101123 today but had trouble following the steps because they still reference the previous terminology.
