Help Shape bbdevdays 2026: Where We Need the Community Most

One of the things that makes bbdevdays special is that the agenda isn’t built for the community — it’s built by the community.

As session submissions for bbdevdays 2026 continue to roll in, we’re excited by the creativity, practicality, and generosity of knowledge sharing we’re seeing so far. At the same time, an early look at the program shows a few important gaps where we’d love help from you before our deadline of March 13!

If you’ve been wondering whether your idea is “too niche,” “too advanced,” or “not polished enough yet,” this is your sign: we need you.

Below are some of the areas where additional submissions would make a big impact.

Power Automate

We have lots of great “first flow” stories — fewer sessions on how teams manage Power Platform over time and hand-on skills sessions. We’d love proposals on topics like:

  • Power Automate Expressions You’ll Actually Use
  • Using Switches the Right Way
  • Putting Humans in the (approval) loop

Power BI

We have solid coverage of getting Blackbaud data into Power BI. Where we’d love to go deeper is what happens next:

  • Advanced DAX patterns (time intelligence, retention, cohorts)
  • Building semantic models
  • Power BI + Microsoft Fabric architectures

AI & the Power Platform

There’s no shortage of interest in AI — but we’re still light on sessions showing how AI fits directly into Power Platform workflows. We’re especially interested in:

  • Copilot Studio
  • AI Builder Actions
  • If you’re experimenting (or even cautiously piloting), we’d love to hear about it!

Why your voice matters

Not every session needs to be flashy or groundbreaking. Some of the most impactful bbdevdays sessions are the ones that start with:

“Here’s what we tried, here’s what broke, and here’s what we’d do differently.”

If you’ve solved a problem, struggled with a decision, or learned something the hard way, chances are someone else in the community is facing the same thing right now.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to share.

Let’s build bbdevdays 2026 together.

  • This is great. I have been doing the integration of AvidXchange and Blackbaud for 2 full years now. Making it easier to process invoices and requisitions as well as payments.
