Create a Participant Action not working in my flow - what am I missing?

I have a very simple flow that runs at a certain time, refreshes a static query, that is the base for a Constituent List. for each of the records in the list, applying to each, a constituent code is created, a three separate actions, and I want to create a participant in a specific event record. My flow works until the Create a Participant action.

In the Create a Participant parameters, I have the Event ID that we will be adding the participant to. For Constituent ID, I have selected ID from List Constituents. Host ID also the ID from List constituents, RSVP status No Response, Invited, and selected the specific participation level. I am not sure what I am missing. Any ideas are appreciated!
