Multi Stage Applications

Has anyone been successful in a multi stage application actually working? I have created both the pre application and the full application and tied them to the program. I submit a pre application and go through my process and then go to publish the full application utilizing the publish form and selecting the full application form and nothing happens. I have opened a case with Blackbaud and no help thus far. I am scheduled to open our grant cycle next week and needed to get this working. Any tips, tricks, anything to help a girl out.

    Hi @Rhonda Oakley - we just finished our first round of multi-stage applications utilizing the new applicant and grantee portal and happy to report all went well. Early on, we did experience issues while testing when trying to publish stage 2. The error was related to percentage coding within a classification table set to display value from BBGM Stage 1. Support was able to fix the issue and it is functioning properly now. If you utilize any percentage coding within your applications perhaps look into that, or any fields set to display value from BBGM. I hope this might help.

    @Amy Gomez thank you for the insights. I am scheduled to open my cycle next week and have had no luck getting the stage 2 to publish. I do utilize the display value from BBGM. I guess I need to go through each field and remove and test to see where the issue is coming from. I will start with the percentage coding with a classification table.

    So I was able to pinpoint my issue thanks to your insight! I just unchecked the box on the full application to display value from BBGM from that classification table that is utilizing percentages and that fixed my issue. Thank you so much @Amy Gomez. Hopefully this will help others experiencing this issue as well as Blackbaud developers to address the issue!
