NXT Outage Today?

Is there an NXT outage right now? No updates on the status page and cannot get through via chat. 504 errors on all NXT pages and giving pages on our organization's website.

    There is an option: RE DATABASE VIEW. It is operational. Should always keep that open,

    Here's the status page as of 1:52pm on 3/24/26 - so it is definitely widespread. Luckily I'm in the system for at least one of my clients so can continue to get work done!

  • Whenever you experience an issue, check status.blackbaud.com before anything else. Yes, it sometimes takes a few minutes the issue to be recognized and posted there, but it is the best place to check.

    When there is nothing posted and you are having problems, chat support - IF you can access it - is the next step. When customers start flooding support with issues it gets attention and investigation.
