lists scrolling as I exclude records
I'm working NXT. Does anyone have tips for working efficiently with lists? I'm creating a master list for an upcoming campaign and I'm merging lists with certain criteria and then manually deleting the records I need to exclude. Every time I do, the list automatically scrolls back to the top and I have to scroll through list again to find where I was. I wish there were check boxes next to each record so I could just mark boxes and delete all at one time. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing something to make this less frustrating?

@Emily, I find it much easier to create a query list in database view first and then bring it into webview Lists using the static query created in database view. In database view you can easily add, delete, and merge different queries and/or individual records to create your query list.

I prefer database view too, but shucks! I do recall that this past August we had trouble with the NXT lists scrolling back up, and I can't recall what the issue was. I believe it was something really trivial.1 -
I agree. And/or, I wish I could enter the Constituent IDs to exclude rather than name.
I agree with @Keith Wilson too. But that means sending a query/list back and forth between the views, which is ok and sometimes “magical”, just a tiny bit tedious.?
