I was asked if its best to not only add the organization name in the organization name tab but also in the address line before the address. I didn't recommend that, any thoughts??

If so you can't do that globally?

    @Denise Schlake - On an organizational record, it is a best practice to only record the organization name within the Name field. When pulling information for a mailing list or general communication, export the fields you are looking to include. It would be redundant to include the org name in both the native name field and the address block.

    @Denise Schlake I think that's a horrible idea? What would be the purpose of this? That would make exporting data for mailings so much more difficult. The data is in the appropriate field.

    @Denise Schlake I'm wondering what the purpose of that would be. Is there something you're trying to obtain or exclude? I am a strong supporter of using field for their true purpose and keeping data clean.
