Report to show gifts given to appeal

I am needing a query or report to pull constituents that have given over a certain amount to a certain fund during a time frame. What is the best way to pull this information with their mailing address?

    @Ashley Petty Use a Query linked to an Export in database view.

    @Ashley Petty The info can be found in a report like Financial Reports > Cash Receipts Journal and filter to appeal. You can run with or without addresses. This would be a PDF report. It makes a messy spreadsheet export.

    As @Christine said a query is likely a better option. How to is described in the knowledgebase:

    how to query on donors to an appeal

    Generated answer for you

    To query on donors to an appeal, follow these steps: 1. Create a constituent query. 2. On the Criteria tab, select Summary Information, Summary for Appeals, Total Number of Appeals. 3. Set the criteria to be greater than or equal to 2 for the appeal you are interested in. 4. Save the query. 5. Open the appeal query and select the Output tab. 6. Choose Gifts and Constituent Name to view the names of donors with gifts to the specific appeal. Alternatively, you can create a gift query with the filter Appeals, Appeal Description equals the name of the appeal you are interested in.

    Take that query to export.

    @Ashley Petty
    Your title say “given to appeal” while your post say fund, but regardless of which, the way to do it would be through database view's query. Take it to export or not is not necessary, depends on your comfortable-ness on using query direct export and what output may cause duplicate rows in your exported csv file.

    this is for appeal, you can do appeal id if you know which, or use appeal description. You can do one of for more than one. You can add other filter such as gift date and gift type.

    OR you can do fund

    Then in output, just output what details you want directly, or use this query to do Export
