What fields are necessary to do an import of new employment on constituents?

I looked into the “Help for The Raiser's Edge Enterprise” field sheet to see which fields were ‘required’ but didn't find what I needed. I'm currently trying to import on Constituent import ID, Date from, Is Employee, Is Primary, Org Name. In addition to those, I used Relationship, Relationship Link, and Reciprocal (Though I also believe I may not have used them correctly). Any help on this would be great!

    Hi James,

    I import new employees weekly and created a template of fields required and fields I want. It must be a CSV file. My HR Dept sends me a file and I just fill in the fields I need for my import. I've highlighted the required fields if you are importing certain fields. See attached template.

    James, you might find this user guide on imports has what you need. It's a huge document but it lists all the fields for various types of imports that are required. (gotta love how the url transforms to the pic LOL hope it's still a link once posted)

    Oh good grief it links in the huge pdf. Let's try this: go to BB support,

    Left column you'll see “Import”

    @James Rhodes hopefully one of the previous replies has answered your question, but more generally, when you're on the main import screen with the list of all the different types of imports available, if you highlight the one you're interested in (but don't create a new one) then there is a link down the bottom of the screen that says “click here for more information about” whatever that type of import is. That will give you a list of all the fields you can include in that type of import, which ones are required, whether some of them have any restrictions in terms of values or length of text you can import etc.
