Best Practices or Policy and Procedures
Hi All! New to RE and my org, and there are no best practices or Policy and Procedures. Would love to not reinvent the wheel. Does anyone have their development and or RE best practices/policy & procedures to share?

Happy Friday @Kelly Thayer! I had IT make a folder on our shared drive to hold How to manuals and saved them as pdf so people cannot accidentally alter the documents. If you like, I can email either the pdf or docx. This is how far I've gotten thus far:

Smart idea. We use shared drives, but same concept.I have been writing up the click by click procedure on how things are done as I go through some tasks or as we develop new ones. I include naming conventions and other best practice in the How-To manuals. Coming from healthcare, it drives me crazy that people don't follow conventions for things like addresses and other data entry points.
