Problems with Paper Save
We having started the scanning process for paper save but have run into issues with OCR. It cannot read handwriting and we have different third party checks. We are in contact with Paper Save but have run into more issues then we expected. How can we resolve these issues ( this is with checks in house and checks that are scanned by Merkle)?
