Expense Module - Credit card feed

Looking to set-up CC feed through the expense module. Is the set-up fairly straightforward? Is this something that I should consider having BB assist with (downside of bigger cost), but if there is a problem with linking certain banks, this may be an option.

Also, are ALL banks able to have the feed run through FENXT or only certain ones? Any info is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Katie,

    Not all banks are compatable. We switched to Regions credit card in order to ensure that the feed worked properly. This is the link support provided me when setting up the credit card feeds. It took maybe 45 minutes to set up on my own.

    Below I’m sharing two videos that will walk you through setting up your credit card feeds.

    Start here ? this video, Setting up Credit Card Feeds, is about 8 mins long and will cover credit feeds from a high-level perspective. Then when you’re ready to get a more in depth overview, check out this video, Get Moving with Your Credit Card Activity, it’s about 45 mins long.

    One thing to note is Credit feeds in Treasury just went through some enhancements, so what you see in the videos may not look exactly what your FE NXT screen currently looks like, but all the same functionality is still in place.

    Hi Katie

    I am trying to add credit card that does work but the select master account option isn't available for me which is causing problems when I want to add multiple cards under one master account. Sometimes the knowledge base articles aren't helpful when the information included is broken. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for a solution to this issue. FYI
