  • @Crystal Bruce With my experience in prospect development I was tasked with figuring out how to have a “portfolio A” and “portfolio B” to help my major gift officers stay focused on their primary portfolio. One area that was tripping them up were the people they wanted to build a relationship with, but weren't actively focused on. My team and I developed a method using a new Action Type called “Lead” that tracked that part of the development portfolio in a transparent way - while also allowing me to declutter their assigned portfolio to keep them focused on those actively moving through the pipeline. Is anyone else doing it this way?

  • @Crystal Bruce I love the ability to import the assigned fundraiser / solicitor from RE and have it displayed in my research point list. Its easy to see if we have identified people but have not yet assigned them. It would be perfect if i could assign in research point and push back to RE. But for now this is very helpful
