API to create BB IDs

Hi

I'm working on a project to use the SKY APIs to create users, add them as candidates and assign them checklists. I'm looking to see if there is an API endpoint to trigger a BBID invitation after the user is created. Any suggestions?

    Hi Bob,

    Last I heard from @Stephen Boyle last year, there wasn't an API for this yet. I think it would be great to have. I'll defer to Stephen as to whether there's been any change or if this on the roadmap.

    In cases where there isn't an API endpoint for something, I've been using robotic process automation (RPA). An RPA bot can log in like a standard Blackbaud user and click in the site like a person would.

    Example: You could have a bot go to Core > Security > Blackbaud ID authentication and click the Connect button. That would trigger BBID invitations.
