Is there a way I can do a mass change for donors/members who have unsubscribed from our list? We use constant contact to send out emails and would like to update the change in Altru

@Jessica Pierce - Thanks for this link. However, it appears you have to know the Lookup ID of all the emails before you can import the batch?

1. fill out the header fields for Name, Last/Organization/Household/Group Name, Type and lookup ID
2. add lookup Id"

Is there a way to import without the Lookup ID? Otherwise, we can just change the email preference each time we look up the Lookup ID. Is there something I'm missing?

@John Boudreau Hi John! You can import the email preferences without the lookup ID, but you'll run into exceptions in the batch that you need to resolve. This Knowledgebase article covers it: Is there a way to do a constituent update batch without lookup IDs
