Mobile Check In
Hi all! Our zoo requires all guests with e-tickets to visit a ticket window in order for us to scan their tickets and marked them as used. I am trying to find a solution to speed up this process on busy days, such as checking in guests using a mobile device or something similar. I'm not finding much information on the topic. Can anyone provide any suggestions? I'm trying to find a solution that's easy to do in a pinch on a busy day and requires the least amount of equipment to scan e-tickets. Thanks for any help!

We were doing this for a while using an iPad and a bluetooth scanner. You just need a good WiFi connection. The only issue we ran into was sun glare when trying to scan tickets on phones.0 -

Hi! We are also trying to do a similar thing with Microsoft Surface Pro 8 tablets and unfortunately haven't been able to get a straight answer. Did you find a solution for this?0 -
