Altru Lost CC, Payments cannot be removed from locked deposits.
Hello everyone,
I want to change the next installment date on a monthly pledge so when we add a credit card it will not back charge past due installments. I am receiving this error: “Data could not be saved. Payments cannot be removed from locked deposits” The constituent lost the original credit card.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
