Undefined ratings in RE NXT
Hi!
How do you handle undefined capacity ratings (after an analysis, you just can't suggest a number)? Do you leave the field empty or do you have a special description for an undefined rating?
We're trying to see what other organizations do since the same prospects always come up as not having a rating when we know we've done the work.
