Charging for resource rentals during facility rentals?

Hello all. My organization books many private events in our building and we offer our chairs/tables as rental options for those events. I have entered the tables and chairs into our resources, but cannot determine how to charge for the use of those resources in group sales. Is this even possible?

    Hi Hailey,

    Yes we do the same, we use resources to add overtime charges, chairs, anything extra. Make sure in your Group Sale, you are doing per ticket and not a flat rate, that'll help the resources show up in your balance

    How do you enter/record this event in Altru? Is it through Sales---Group Sales? Or Events?
