Payment terminal issues today
Hi all,
Is anyone else having issues taking chase cards through the WisePOS readers today?
We've tried restarting everything, and the chase credit cards (not debit) keep declining.

Yes, Our front desk team just let me know that we have been having issues taking credit card payments today and we also use the WisePOS-E. We just restarted both the computers and the payment terminals and that seems to have helped.
