Linking free guest tickets to membership benefits based on membership type

Hi there,

How is everyone dealing with free guest tickets for members? We have different membership levels that allow a variable number of guests to come in with members for free. Right now in Daily Sales, if a member is scanned in, there is no limit to the amount of free guests they can bring in. The entire order is comped. Because of this we are having to do separate orders with one for the the member(s) and allotted number of free guests allowed based on a manual membership type search and another order for additional guests (above those allowed in for free) that require additional payment for tickets.

If someone has found a work-around for this, please let me know!

    We use guest passes tied to the membership. Based on membership level, the patron receives X number of comp tickets in a given year. Once those are used, the patron needs to purchase additional tickets.
