Get Gift does not have tribute info returned, not sure where you see it, check the Schema.

You can get tribute info with the following endpoints:

https://developer.sky.blackbaud.com/docs/services/nxt-data-integration/operations/ListGiftTributes

which will give you the tribute info about a single gift you ask for with gift system id

https://developer.sky.blackbaud.com/docs/services/nxt-data-integration/operations/GetTribute

then you have to use this endpoint to get the tribute record that has additional info about the tribute type and the tribute constituent, etc.
