Candidate Follow-up Procedure suggestions?

We are new to Blackbaud EMS, and wondering what schools are doing to trigger followup of candidates?

In our last database, each candidate had a followup trigger X days after inquiry. I suspect that Blackbaud's solution will be in batches rather than individuals, but I'm at a loss how to best set it up, and I'm not seeing anything obvious.

    Hi Tamara, checklist step reminders can be triggered to go out x number of days after the step is completed.
