Add another enrollment status

Is there a way to add another enrollment status? I want to add a ¼ time or less than part time status for financial aid and reporting.

    Hi @Michelle Wheeler! You are able to add another enrollment status in Core. Just go to Core > Settings > School Information > Enrollment Status and you can define as many as you need.

    I don't know if this is what the OP was asking, but I came across your reply while searching for this topic. It looks like BB has defined the enrollment statuses that we can use. Can we not add a new enrollment status…like, Leave of Absence?

    @Michelle Wobbe If you go to Enrollment status under Core>Settings>School information, there should be a plus sign in the top left that lets you add an enrollment status. If you're not seeing that, it may be that you don't have the right permissions to add it.

    That is not my experience. When I go to the + sign to add a status, the drop down is populated as follows, with no way to add a new status option. I think what both the OP and I are asking is if we can add to the drop down list. It appears you cannot. As an example, I was hoping to be able to add Leave of Absence as a status.

    @Michelle Wobbe It looks like I misunderstood what you were looking for - my apologies! The statuses available are currently hard coded. There's an idea in the Idea Bank for being able to add custom statuses which you can vote on here: https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/BBEM-I-219.
