Events: unable to filter by registration option in Form Submission reports

If anyone has ever thrown a series of candidate workshops, then you might understand how important it is to provide the teachers with registrant profiles, so they “know their audience.”

This is not possible with the new Events module, because the “Form Submission” reports do not have the workshop field to filter on. Yes, that's right; even though we ask registrants which workshop they want, we can filter for every other question they answer except that one.

Can you please help to improve this module by voting for my idea # K12OB-I-2853

We have set up a whole season of workshops without knowing this limitation, so we are hoping this can be fixed by the time our workshops run in June! Thank you so much!!

    @Tamara Photiadis Thank you for this feedback! We already have plans to add the registration option to the Form Submissions list, so you should see that coming out soon. We initially thought there would be issues with the list if someone had multiple registration options selected, but we figured out the technicalities and are ready to get that column added. Sorry for any frustration this has caused you in the meantime!

    @Kelsey Huijgen, I am SO happy to hear this news! I was speaking with tech support yesterday, and the gyrations recommended were beyond my comprehension. Do you think this will be accomplished within April? Our workshops begin in June, but reports start a few weeks beforehand. Thanks again!

    @Tamara Photiadis we are working on adding the registration option to the list as we speak, so that should be out in next week's release, or the week after.

    @Tamara Photiadis We added columns for the registration options in the Form submissions list a couple weeks ago. They should show by default at the end of each row in that list. We do not currently have filters, but you can sort your list based on those columns to see who signed up for a registration option, or you can export to Excel and narrow it down as needed from there.
