What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of June 4th

This week Raiser's Edge NXT introduces a new option to create lists from email metrics and – for customers in the United States – the final waved roll out of Address Finder is complete. Create lists from email metrics. To help segment email recipients, you can now create lists based on their interactions with your messages. From Marketing, Email, select the communication under Recent emails, and then select the Recipients, Opens, Clicks, Hard bounces, or Unsubscribes total to view a list of its recipients. To save or adjust the list for future use in Lists, Constituents, select Create list. For more information, see Email Performance Analysis. 

Keep addresses accurate with Address Finder.  

In Tools, Data health, you can track the overall health and accuracy of your database and manage automatic updates to help ensure good data hygiene. To help ensure the accuracy of your constituents' primary addresses, you can now enable Address Finder to run automatically every 90 days. When Address Finder runs, it compares your data against United States Postal Service (USPS) sources and updates any inaccurate or out-of-date addresses. In Tools, Data health, you can then view and manage the most recent Address Finder results  and track its next and previous updates. For more information, see Address Finder.


To enable Address Finder, in Tools, Data health, select Get started under Address Finder to set up how it should handle your addresses and to acknowledge Blackbaud can process your data. For more information, see Address Finder Setup.
