Here are the latest changes in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for December 17th, 2024.
- Send gift acknowledgements with AI (for more of you)
- Enable direct debit for recurring gifts on Optimized Donation Forms (for those in the US)
- Set default appeal and package for event payments
- Manage education history for constituents in web view
With AI Acknowledgements, you can generate unique message content for your acknowledgement emails in less time. No matter how many acknowledgements you generate, the message is different each time, which provides a personalized touch for each donor.
You can send AI acknowledgements directly from a gift record under Acknowledgements and receipts, Send AI acknowledgement. For more information, see Gift Records.
Alternatively, from Fundraising, Gift acknowledgement, you can see a list of gifts that have not yet received an acknowledgement and send a message to each of them. You can also review recently sent AI acknowledgements, troubleshoot AI acknowledgement emails that were not delivered, and configure AI acknowledgments.
For more information, see AI Acknowledgements.
Enable direct debit for recurring gifts on Optimized Donation Forms (for those in the US)Now, when you enable direct debit on an Optimized Donation Form, it includes recurring gifts. From Online Giving, edit or create an Optimized Form. Under Payments and fees, select Enable direct debit. For more information, see Optimized Donation Forms.
Set default appeal and package for event payments
To help you track raised funds from an event, you can now set a default appeal and package for registration fee payments. For more information, see Fees.
You can also set a default campaign, package, and appeal for additional donations from online registration forms. For more information, see Online Registration Form Get Started.
Manage education history for constituents in web view
