New Releases and Feature Enhancements for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®

In April, Blackbaud made an important announcement about milestone dates for the future of Raiser’s Edge NXT. Raiser's Edge NXT is reaching a pivotal moment with plans to have all critical and popular workflows available in web view by the end of this year. We have introduced several innovations and usability enhancements already this year including:

• Optimized donation forms that integrate best practices to increase donor conversion rates and average gift sizes (US & Australia/New Zealand Customers).
• Query and Query API that offers a more streamlined, user-friendly way to access, organize, and act on your data in web view (Global).
• Generative AI Acknowledgments that simplify the process of creating, personalizing, and sending individual acknowledgement emails to constituents for special contributions (Global).
• Intelligent Ask for Standard Donation Forms will suggest a donation amount based on the anonymous donor's location, device they are using, time of day, and combine it with a dynamic analysis of their giving patterns to maximize your revenue goals (US Customers).

As we transition to a Total Web View experience by the end of 2025, you can expect more powerful tools and enhancements designed to support your mission. Our goal is to provide you with the communication and resources needed to support your team through this change. We will utilize a variety of platforms including the Raiser’s Edge NXT Community, Product Update Briefings, Connect for Success tools, webinars, blog posts, and town halls.

Product Update Briefings
Our semi-annual product update briefings, released in April and November, showcased the latest features and enhancements to our Blackbaud products and gave you a sneak peek into what’s to come. If you missed these sessions, you can view them on-demand from our Product Update Briefings Archive.

Connect For Success Sessions
This year we introduced a new program called Connect for Success. These sessions, facilitated by Blackbaud Customer Success Managers, offer you the chance to engage, connect, and learn from your peers. You can expect more of our popular functionality demonstrations, roundtables (with similar organizations), information sessions on new/enhanced functionality, workshops, and more. These sessions will run every month, either weekly or bi-weekly and not be limited to Raiser's Edge NXT but will also include Blackbaud Grantmaking®, Blackbaud eTapestry® and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT®. Keep an eye on your inbox for emails at the beginning of every month.

bbcon kicked off in October bringing together changemakers across the social good sector.
