Receivables Releases
We're releasing Receivables features in small, usable increments. Many of these features are releasing in waves to our United States customers first. We'll fully support additional locales in a future release!

Receivables FAQs
When are Canadian and Australian customers expected to be in web view?
To ensure the best experience and full compliance with local requirements, we are taking additional time to finalize releases for our non-US based customers. Rest assured, during this time you will still have access to database view. We’ll have updates on specific timelines in the coming weeks.

Will my plugin be available in Financial Edge NXT?
Plugins are not supported in web view, however, we are working with partners to deliver API replacements. We recommend you work with the Blackbaud Partner directly on updating from plugins to cloud versions and explore using FE capability (Export, Import, API) as alternatives for any plugins where applicable.

How am I impacted if I use 3rd party billing in Accounts Receivable?
For those using 3rd party billing in Accounts Receivable, we will be turning off smaller functions, such as configuration and business rules. However, we will not turn off reporting and records until we have provided the additional workflows necessary for you in web view.

Do you have any information about reimbursable grants?
Reimbursable grants will be completed in June.

What is the status of applying payments?
We are currently in Limited Availability for allowing applications. Applying for posted records and automatic applications has already started being released in waves. Applying partial payments and 3rd party support for applications is coming soon.

What do I do if I receive an error?
If specific error messages are being received while working in Receivables, we recommend you search for the error in Knowledgebase.

What features aren’t coming to web view?
A handful of capabilities in database view are currently deferred and out of scope for web view. For more information and details on ways to achieve the same tasks in web view, review database view features that aren't moving to web view.

How can we learn more about the upcoming Receivables features?

What is the remaining timeline for getting Receivables into web view?
To stay engaged and informed, review our Total Web Solution page. This page tracks features that we’re moving from database view exclusively to web view. As this shift progresses, we'll remove access to these features in database view.
