What’s New (March 15, 2018)

This release of Financial Edge NXT includes enhancements to invoices and credit card management. Let’s start with the invoice enhancements.


To help improve data entry efficiency when entering invoices, we moved the Payment details section below the Distributions section on the Add invoice screen. This allows you to enter invoice distributions prior to entering the payment details. We made this change based on customer feedback, so please keep your ideas and suggestions coming!


Also, the Description field on the Add invoice screen now allows 60 characters. This was also a customer suggestion that came in via the Idea portal.

Credit card activity

You can now access the Credit card activity page for linked credit card accounts from multiple locations. The Credit card activity page displays all the downloaded credit card transactions for  the account. 


From the Credit card accounts list page, you can now select Open activity from the menu next to each account in the list to access the Credit card activity page. Also, from the credit card record itself, you can select Open activity from the credit card record action bar.
